Latest Refinery Turnaround and Maintenance Shutdowns from IIR Energy
Some recent developments:
Tesoro Northwest Company is continuing with unplanned oil shutdown repairs on the 42,000-barrel-per-day fluid catalytic cracking unit (FCCU) at its refinery in Anacortes, Washington, after the unit was forced to shut down due to mechanical issues.
Marathon Petroleum Corporation was forced to shut down and reduce rates on several units, due to an interruption in natural gas supply at its 120,000-barrel-per-day refinery in Detroit, Michigan.
China National Petroleum Corporation is on-schedule to perform a planned petrochemical turnaround at its 1,323-metric-pound-per-year Ethylene Unit, at its chemical complex in Lanzhou, China.
Sadara Chemical Company is continuing with an unplanned outage at its complex in Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia. Due to quality constraints, the unit has to undergo additional mechanical repairs.
