Phillips 66 is close to completing construction on a liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) production and export terminal in Freeport, Texas. The facility is designed to export about 4.4 million barrels a month of propane and butane once operational in mid-September 2016.

Burns & McDonnell and Zachry are the engineering, production and construction firms for the $1 billion project.
