ONEOK Field Services is planning a 7-day turnaround at its 210,000 BBL/d Bushton NGL Fractionator in Kansas beginning the third week of April. The turnaround project is valued at $1 million. Duke Energy Belew Creek Unit 02 to Go Offline for Inspection, Repairs

Valero Shuts Down Port Arthur FCCU After Failed Restart
Valero shut down the 75,000 barrel-per-day (BBL/d) catalytic cracking unit (FCCU) 1241 on Monday at its 343,000 BBL/d Port Arthur, Texas, refinery after a failed restart during the weekend. The unit was forced to shut down on March 22 due to boiler issues. Plant personnel hope to have the unit back online later today. HollyFrontier Completing Planned Maintenance at El Dorado Refinery
HollyFrontier is completing planned maintenance at its 141,000 barrel-per-day (BBL/d) El Dorado, Kansas, refinery. The work began on March 13. The Lone Crude was restarted yesterday and the 20,500 Delayed Coker was restarted today. Holly Frontier has completed catalyst changes and expects to begin restart within the next 24 to 48 hours on the 18,000 BBL/d HTU 4 Diesel Hydrotreater, 22,000 BBL/d Reformer 2 and 24,000 BBL/d HTU 2 (Heavy Naphtha) Hydrotreater, with full restart by the upcoming weekend. The El Dorado refinery’s products are marketed primarily on the eastern slope of the Rocky Mountain region, which includes eastern Colorado (including the Denver metropolitan area), eastern Wyoming and the plains states. CB&I Lands EPC Contract for Total Ethane Cracker in Port Arthur
CB&I has been awarded a $1.3 billion engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract by Total Petrochemicals & Refining USA to build an ethane cracker in Port Arthur, Texas. The cracker will have an ethylene capacity of 1 million metric tons per year. (Plant ID: 3150916)
